Founded on February 19, 2003, by Mr. Niraj Sharma, with the installation of its first bottling plant in Arunachal Pradesh, India.

Today, the company is spearheaded by his daughter, Meenakshi Sharma, who serves as the Managing Director. Under her leadership, UBD continues to thrive, maintaining its commitment to producing high-quality blended whisky, brandy, rum, vodka, and gin. Being the biggest distillery in Arunachal Pradesh the plant is equipped with fully automatic

line and 5 semi-automatic lines and with a production capacity of 3 million cases annually, and is amongst the key players in Northeast India, meeting the International Quality Standards.
